“From special parents, For special parents, keeping the child at the centre of the partnership” – is what truly describes us.
As parents of a “special child”, we’ve been through the entire journey ourselves. We observed the huge challenges faced by parents of children with special needs – gaps in delivery, lack of accountability, lack of innovation, archaic methodology and feedback in the area of special education and intervention. The founder educated herself, connected with thought leaders and organisations across domains and empowered parents to take the right decisions for their child as opposed to running from pillar to post, and that’s how Communicare Education was born.
About Us
What is Communicare?
- Communicare is the bridge that helps the child crossover from a caterpillar to a butterfly preparing the child for mainstream inclusive education.
- Most parents of children with special needs are in denial about the child’s condition,fearful of discrimination and isolation.
- On the other hand, teachers are at a loss about how to handle the child.
- In spite of best efforts at the school, the child just cannot integrate as they have passed the critical age of 2-7 years. The parent most often is asked to find another school or meet multiple therapists.
- Though the child is perceived as a caterpillar, slow to grasp and low self-esteem, for us, at Communicare, we see the potential of the caterpillar becoming a butterfly.

Thadagam Communicare LLP was formed in August 2024 and started operations in Vadekkad, Thrissur from 1st Sept 2024.
Our mission to ensure quality education and training is provided to every child in the Thrissur, Palakkad and Malapuram District. With the support of Thadagam Foundation we also provide subsidized/free education to children from underprivileged families in alignment with the vision of the foundation.

Thadagam Foundation, originally established in 1982 as Thadagam Education and Charitable Trust, has been active in many spheres of philanthropy. The re-branding is in step with the changing times and the expansion of the activities of the Trust.
We believe education is the key to transforming and empowering the society. We are involved in supporting underprivileged students to realize their dreams through education. We also support those who struggle to build a shelter, require assistance during illness and those who are in need.
