Communicare Education and Training is a part of Council for Diversability, a Not For Profit Company, founded in 2020. We are also affiliate partners of the globally recognized Communication DEALL Trust, for our school readiness program for early intervention.

As parents of a “special child”, we’ve been through the entire journey ourselves. We observed the huge challenges faced by parents of children with special needs – lack of acceptance and understanding of our child’s needs, gaps in delivery, lack of accountability, lack of innovation, archaic methodology and feedback in the area of special education and intervention. The founder educated herself, connected with thought leaders and organisations across domains and empowered parents to take the right decisions for their child as opposed to running from pillar to post. Communicare Education was born.
Communicare provides intensive early intervention to children across neurological disorders like Autism, ADHD, Behavior Issues, related Communication Disorders (such as Specific Language Impairment, Developmental Verbal Dyspraxia). We also work with children and young adults with physical disabilities eg. Cerebral Palsy
Communicare through our chain of pre schools, provides intensive early intervention to children with Autism related Communication Disorders (such as Specific Language Impairment, Developmental Verbal Dyspraxia) and also works with children with severe disabilities.
Through our globally recognised EMBRACE™️ methodology of early intervention, that has roots in the Communication DEALL program on early intervention.
We are result driven with robust quantitative, qualitative benchmarks and a clear focus on working with the parent to help the child integrate into regular school.
Children with severe difficulties (for whom mainstream school may be difficult) are trained through our functional skills program™️ where we work on basic and functional communication, motor muscle ability, mind body awareness, independent feeding, toileting and developing basic play skills.
Our Spatial movement therapy™️ (in association with Adapted Spiral Praxis, Canada), has helped develop better motor muscle control, spatial awareness, better initiation, higher alertness and speech in children with severe disabilities.
We offer both group and individual intervention programs based on the needs of the child and the family.
We also cater to outstation clients through demonstration therapy, parent training and home based program coupled with regular follow up.
Our team is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment in our school where children’s can learn, grow and develop to their full potential.
All this is at a fraction of the cost of daily therapy sessions anywhere else.
Through our training programs and workshops, we empower parents and schools by providing the tools needed to understand and work with special children.
Therefore , the entire approach to teaching and intervention is ‘Child Lead’ and using multiple alternative methodologies such as music , art and movement to get desired results in the shortest time.

Our Story
A Journey with Purpose
Our lives took an unexpected turn when we discovered that our daughter Amaya was different.
We went through our cycle of emotions of frustration, anger, and confusion. Like everyone else we questioned God and asked ” Why us “?.
Fast-forward, we now know, nothing happens without a reason.
God had a bigger plan and founding Communicare to touch the lives of families like ours and empower them is our purpose.
Amaya is our little angel who came in order to make a change in our lives and through us impact the lives of others. As someone said, “ God gives special people a special child, only because He knows no one else could take care of them as well as they would”.
Amaya left for her heavenly abode on 27th of February, 2024.
Today, through all we as Amaya’s parents experienced, through the Communicare Foundation, we’d like to be a beacon for many other special children and their parents all over the world.
Our approach at Communicare Foundation is different, our intent strong and here we are, to make a meaningful change in the life of all special kids, be advocates for inclusion and give these children a life of dignity and independence they deserve, just like anyone else.
